Wonderful and relaxing class. It was a really wonderful class, very relaxing and since I'm still a beginner also challenging.

<3. I really enjoyed this class. This month the theme is cleansing; which I thought was perfect because I'm currently doing a detox, as I'm sure many others are, as well. The pace was perfect for morning practice; too, enough to get you going and sweating a little, but not too much for one who is slow to wake-like myself. She gave great direction and included modified versions for anyone new to the postures or with problem areas or injuries. I definitely recommend this as a great morning yoga class, and all days started with a great yoga class are great days. :)
